What is a Digital Circular Resolution (DCR)?
A Digital Circular Resolution is a type of meeting that allows members to vote and approve decisions asynchronously, without a physical or virtual meeting taking place. It is especially useful for urgent matters or when a fast approval is required.
How to create a DCR meeting?
- Go to the Meetings section
- Click Create meeting
- Select Digital Circular Resolution as the meeting type
- Fill in the details (title, description, access rights, etc.) and save

Close the vote and create a decision:
Once the voting deadline is reached, the vote closes automatically. You can also close it manually.
Note: The create decision button will only appear after the vote is closed.
- Open the agenda item
- Click Create decision
- Edit the decision text if needed
- Confirm and publish
View and share the results:
After creating the decision, the results are visible to users with access to the meeting. They are also included in the meeting book and minutes.
