In this article, you will learn how to create and configure a vote for an agenda item in any type of meeting, including Digital Circular Resolutions.
Open the agenda item in your meeting
Click Set up vote
Follow the wizard:
Voters: choose who can vote.
Options: define the available options (Yes / No / Abstain / Request Discussion).
Activation: choose when the vote will be active:
Before: before the meeting starts (voters are notified by email)
During: only active during the meeting
After: activated after the meeting ends
Note
- Only votes set to Before trigger a notification email to voters.
- You can edit the vote at any time, even after some users have voted. Their responses will not be lost.
- After the vote is completed, you can view the results and create a decision. For more information, see the article about how to manage votes and create decisions.
