What is the Topic Hub?
The Topic Hub is the central space in Sherpany where you plan, organise, and track the topics that need to be discussed across your meetings.
It helps replace scattered documents with a structured, continuous flow of information.
In the Topic Hub, you can:
- Submit and collect all topics that require discussion, anytime during the year.
- Manage the backlog and prepare the details of each topic.
- Plan when each discussion should take place by scheduling items into the most relevant meeting.
- Define participants and viewers for each item directly during its creation.
- Draft items without making them available for scheduling until they're ready.
Topics in Sherpany act as aggregators of discussions across multiple meetings, while each Item represents one concrete discussion in a specific meeting. Together, they allow you to follow the entire journey of a topic, from the first request to final outcomes.
