All the connections to the Sherpany application are done using TCP on port 443 (SSL).
Access to which URLs is required by Sherpany ?
- app.sherpany.com - Sherpany Web Application, used also for synchronization of Native Applications (Windows, iOS and Android)
- app-pdf.sherpany.com - Required to display PDF documents in the Sherpany Web application
- app-static.sherpany.com - Static files like room logos, avatars etc
- my.sherpany.com - Required if customer uses Single Sign-On

Are there any special requirements for Sherpany’s native applications (iOS, Windows and Android)?
Sherpany’s Native Application (iOS, Windows and Android) are using public key pinning which requires that the traffic between application and Sherpany servers are not intercepted. If you are using SSL / HTTPS inspection, you need to add app.sherpany.com to the exception’s list, otherwise your users will see problems with synchronization.
