- How it works
- How to manage exclusions
What is an exclusion?
Sherpany’s exclusions feature allows you to restrict access to specific agenda items and related documents for a selected group of participants.
How does it work?
- If a user is excluded from a main agenda item, they are automatically excluded from all of its sub-items, as well as all related documents.
- When you move agenda items using the drag-and-drop feature, exclusions remain unchanged, unless it is moved from a less restricted main agenda item to a more restricted one.
How to manage exclusions?
Agenda permissions allow you to exclude specific users from seeing certain agenda items. This is useful when a topic is confidential or only relevant to a subset of participants.
To manage agenda permissions:
- Open the relevant item,
- Click on “Manage acces” on the right-hand side,
- Unselect the participants you want to exclude.
Information
Excluded participants will still have access to the overall meeting but will not see the excluded agenda items or any attached documents.
