What is the Board evaluation form ?
As Boards, you might need to self-evaluate yourself on an annual basis for corporate governance reasons. Thanks to this functionality, you can realise this analysis directly inside Sherpany.
How does it work?
You can access the Board evaluation form from the menu on the left side, in the module called "Forms”.
Once there, from the edit mode, you will be able to create a new form by clicking "+ New form" up right, and follow the three steps:
- Details: where you will be able to add the form name and add the respondents
- Preview
- Summary
From this section, you can:
- Create a form
- Copy a direct short link to the form that the respondents directly to responding the form. It can be helpful to link from meetings / tasks to forms
- Download an Excel file containing the aggregated, anonymous results of the form
- Open a modal so see, who has completed the form and when
- Deleting the form

On their side, the respondent will be able to access the forms they need to respond to in this same section. They can answer and submit the form by clicking on it.
Customising the Board evaluation form
The Board evaluation form supports multiple languages, and organisations that need a customised version can request a dedicated CSV template. This structured file is required to define the questions and settings correctly. As it is not public, please request it through your Customer Success Manager or Sherpany Support. Who can access the Board evaluation form?
- This feature is available in the Board Bundle
- All users with Edit rights or higher permissions can see all forms in the room
- The respondent can access the forms he needs to respond to
- The editor can check, who has answered yet or not
- The answers are anonymous: the editor can not see the names of the respondents
