What is the Insight Copilot feature? 

Insights Copilot helps you stay aligned on ongoing topics by bringing the most relevant context from past meetings straight into your agenda, showing you the current status of related discussions, decisions, and action items.

Instead of making you search through previous minutes manually, Insights Copilot highlights what matters most now so you can prepare and decide with confidence.

What does Insight Copilot do?

Insights Copilot automatically identifies and surfaces information from past minutes that is most relevant to the topic of your current agenda items.

When an agenda item is connected to a topic, Insights Copilot will:

• Find relevant past minutes that reference the same topic
• Highlight past decisions, action items, and outcomes related to that topic
• Show the current status of those items: what’s open, completed, pending, or needing follow-up

This gives you a snapshot of where things stand today, helping you start discussions informed and focused.

Where can you see Insight Copilot?

You’ll find Insights Copilot on agenda items that are connected to a topic. After you open an agenda item in the preparation view:

• Scroll to the Agenda item with the relevant topic
• Click on the link "See topic discussion outcomes"
• Each insight includes:
  • The date of the referenced meeting
  • What was discussed or decided
  • Any related action items and their status

What are the key benefits of Insight Copilot?

• Avoid repeating past discussions. Because Insights Copilot brings forward relevant historical context, you can avoid re-opening topics that were already discussed without real progress.
• Focus on what matters now. Insights Copilot doesn’t aim to tell the full story of everything that happened in the past. It focuses on current relevance. You get the context you need to make decisions, not a full transcript.
• See action status at a glance. Action items and their current status are highlighted so you always know:
  • What’s already been done
  • What’s still open
  • What may need additional follow-up
• Spend less time preparing. Instead of searching through past meetings and minutes, Insights Copilot brings the most relevant information to you, saving you time and effort during meeting preparation.

How does Insight Copilot choose what to show?

Insights Copilot uses topic connections you’ve created in the agenda to find related minutes. It does not surface unrelated discussions or entire meeting histories.

This means:

• You get focused insights tied directly to the topic at hand
• You won’t see long narratives about unrelated points
• You always start with relevant, actionable context

Tips for using Insight Copilot

• Connect agenda items to topics early: the more clearly an agenda item is linked to an existing topic, the more accurate and useful the surfaced insights will be.
• Use insights as decision context: bring Insights Copilot results into your discussion to remind participants of previous decisions and action outcomes.
• Check action statuses before the meeting: knowing what’s open or pending helps you better prioritise conversations and next steps.
