In case you are having trouble getting the SMS code, follow the steps below.
Remember that the SMS security code is sent to the number you added on your account, to help us verify your identity and ensure the security of your account. There are several reasons why the security code may not have been sent; note that the problems may also be caused by the operators or the country you are located in.
I need to log in and I don't receive the SMS security code
- If you have changed your phone number recently, you will have to contact the administrator of your room and request to change it, so you can log back into your account.
- If the phone number is correct, but you have not yet received the security code, please contact our Customer Happiness team:

Tip
As the SMS security code could be waiting at your operator, you can try to activate and deactivate the flight mode on your phone or to switch your phone off and on again.
I need to synchronise the Sherpany's app and I don't receive the SMS security code
- If you are logged in to your account you can first verify if the phone number is correct. You can check this information under your profile settings.
