What to do when you see the message on Futurae: "Your account list is empty".
Futurae is linked to your device and not your account or phone number.
This is why when you get a new phone, if you have lost your phone or if it has been stolen, you will need to remove the old device's connection between Futurae and Sherpany, and set it up on the new device.
How to set up Futurae when you get a new phone.
Important
In order to connect Futurae to Sherpany, you must be logged into the Web version of Sherpany. You will not be able to set up the connection via the mobile app.

If you are still logged into Sherpany:

If your phone number has changed, please ask your user manager to change your phone number in your Sherpany profile before proceeding.Please proceed with the following steps:
- Click on settings and then click on security
- In the section "Secure Two-Factor Authentication" select "Remove Device"
- In the section "Secure Two-Factor Authentication" select "Set Up Device"
- Click on "start set up"
- You will receive an SMS code on your mobile device
- Enter the SMS code
- Please click on "Next"
- Open Futurae app on your phone and switch to tab "Scan QR Code"
- Please click "next" (blue button)
- Scan the QR code below to register your device
You have now successfully connected Futurae on your new device
If you need to log into Sherpany:
You will first need to log in as you usually would. When you are asked to verify with Futurae, please select "Futurae not working? Get help!". You can then choose the option to "Receive SMS verification code" in order to log in or "Request a Futurae reset link" from your room administrator.

- Click on settings and then click on security
- In the section "Secure Two-Factor Authentication" select "Remove Device"
- In the section "Secure Two-Factor Authentication" select "Set Up Device"
- Click on "start set up"
- You will receive an SMS code on your mobile device
- Enter the SMS code
- Please click on "Next"
- Open Futurae app on your phone and switch to tab "Scan QR Code"
- Please click "next" (blue button)
- Scan the QR code below to register your device. You have now successfully connected Futurae on your new device!
If you select the Futurae reset link, you can simply click on the reset link provided by your administrator to set up your new device.
