Issues with Sherpany app

If you're facing issues with the Sherpany app on your iPad or iPhone, Android phone or on Windows, like:

  • App crashes
  • Loading problems
  • Synchronisation impossible
  • Error messages
  • Constant request of the password, etc...

These issues may be a result of an old pp version, please check the following article to learn how to Install and update the Sherpany app.

The Sherpany app is in constant evolution and improvement, that is why it is so important to keep the App always updated, it allows you to benefit from new features that may have been added and to make sure that the App runs properly.

Make sure your app is up to date

IOSAndroid Windows

You can update the app by:

  1. Going to your App Store
  2. In the search field, typing "Sherpany"
  3. If the button says "Open", it means the app is up to date,
    otherwise the button will say "Update" and you can tap to start it.

Log out from the app

You can also try to do a complete log out from the app to authenticate yourself again, which would act like a reset.To do so, you must enter a wrong passcode 3 times in a row, you will then be logged out from Sherpany. Enter your email and password and follow the instructions to login again.


Warning

If there is no update available and you still face issues with the app please delete and reinstall the app on your device. Please do not delete the app if you recently made changes, like annotations, without syncronising the App after. All these changes will be lost as soon as you delete that App.
