Please note that you must be running Windows 10 build 17763 or later (the latest build version is 19042) to see the newest version of Sherpany.

We will continue to support versions of Sherpany back to 4.0.3.0 released in January 2020 (The current version is Sherpany 4.2.210.0. Sherpany and Microsoft highly recommend that you always run the latest version of Windows for security reasons.

Since January 1, 2021, we are no longer supporting versions of Sherpany older than 4.0.0. If you have not already done so, please update your Sherpany App. 

Sherpany and Apple highly recommend that you always run the latest version of iOS for security reasons. 

Please see the compatibility: iPhone Requires iOS 14.7 or later, iPad Requires iPadOS 14.7 or later, iPod touch requires iOS 14.7 or later, Mac Requires macOS 12.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip. Please check this page anytime for the latest updates.

Starting on 8 December 2022, we will discontinue our support of iOS 13. You'll still be able to use Sherpany, but to receive new updates you'll first need to upgrade to iOS 14 or later. Any upcoming bug fixes and improvements will only be available if the requirements above are met.  

Please note, Sherpany is not currently available on Android tablets. It only supports the application on mobile phones.

We support Android 7.0 and newer. The current version of the Sherpany native App on Android is 4.28.1. Please check this page anytime for the latest updates.
