In this article you will learn:
- How to reset the password you use to access Sherpany on web and applications
Go to the login page on web or open the app on your device and follow these steps:
- Under the 'Login' button, you will need to click on 'Forgot your password?'
- Enter your e-mail address and press 'Reset password"
An email will be sent immediately to your inbox:
- Click on Reset Password button.
- Another page will open and you will receive an SMS with the security code on your phone.
You'll have to type it in the respective field and press 'Confirm'
At this point, you will be able to define your new password, confirm it and log in
