Sherpany Contributor Function
Administrators have to organise the agenda of meetings and currently fill in the agenda with supporting documents from those taking part in the meeting. This process means sending e-mails to each participant and asking them to send the supporting PDFs or MS Office files and then distributing them.
The Sherpany Contributor Function allows meeting members to simply upload the documents themselves and saves the administrator countless hours of organising while ensuring the accuracy and security of the uploaded documents.
